    To edit the Main Menu you should edit lines 87-92 of the index.php file located in default/views:

    To edit the footer links you just have to search the line 564-576:

    Main Logo and Footer

    The two logos are edited directly in the system, just add your logo to the system and it will appear directly in the skin, both in the main and in the footer of the skin
